Leads Audigy’s digital marketing services team, strategy, campaigns, analytics, budgets, and product road map. Oversees digital lead generation for hearing healthcare practices across marketing automation, websites, paid advertising, SEO, and social media. Manages four managers and a 10-plus-person team while driving service revenue, utilization, retention, process improvement, attribution, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provides technical and people leadership for engineers developing mobile applications and connected cloud and desktop software. Sets technical direction, guides architecture, promotes software engineering practices, manages technical debt and risk, and partners with Quality and Regulatory teams in a regulated environment. Develops engineers through feedback and career support while advancing quality, security, compliance, testing, CI/CD, observability, release management, and responsible AI adoption.

Design and integrate electronics for hearing aids and accessories across specification, prototyping, verification, and production. Evaluate new technologies, contribute to architecture decisions, coordinate test verification, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate across hardware, platform, and product-development teams. The role focuses on analog and baseband digital design, electronic systems integration, PCB design, DSP platforms, and wireless capabilities including Bluetooth Low Energy and Auracast.

Design schematics and PCB layouts for compact hearing-device electronics, supporting projects from concept and prototyping through production release. Review designs, develop verification tests, create manufacturing documentation, and collaborate with mechanical, software, radio, production, and supplier teams. The role also involves ensuring manufacturability, qualifying PCB suppliers, and resolving design issues while maintaining performance and signal integrity.
