This role brings those segment plans together into one portfolio strategy: unified portfolio positioning, a consolidated CT launch calendar, and an agreed order of priority across segments. Coordination is the core of the role. The Manager runs the planning cadence, launch sequencing, portfolio messaging architecture, campaign and event execution, budget coordination, and performance reporting required to turn four segment plans into one CT plan, working with the CT segment Directors to reach a shared portfolio view. Responsibilities are divided approximately evenly between portfolio strategy and marketing operations execution. Operational scope includes the CT launch calendar, campaign deployment, exhibits and events coordination, budget tracking, marketing technology, and performance reporting.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership & Cross-Segment Integration
Shepherd the development of a cohesive, cross-segment CT portfolio narrative—bringing together the right leaders and teams to connect PCCT, Ultra-Premium, Performance/Value, Care Area, and Digital/Smart Subscription offerings to the needs of distinct customer segments.
Maintain the CT portfolio message architecture, ensuring segment positioning ladders up consistently and that new features and NPIs don’t result in gaps or overlaps between segments.
Serve as the single point of coordination across the segment Directors, converting peer-to-peer negotiation into a structured prioritization process.
Identify portfolio-level whitespace, cannibalization risk, and sequencing conflicts, and bring recommendations with clear trade-offs to the CMO for decision.
Ensure CT portfolio marketing activity adheres to healthcare industry regulations, corporate policies, privacy requirements, and brand standards, in alignment with the Downstream Marketing Manager.
Portfolio Planning & Launch Calendar
- Own one CT portfolio launch calendar covering all segments, eliminating segment launch collisions and competing claims on shared channels, events, and field attention.
- Run the annual and bi-annual CT marketing planning cadence in partnership with the CMO and segment Directors; consolidate segment inputs into a single portfolio plan aligned to corporate, AIS, regional, and commercial objectives.
- Sequence launches, campaigns, and content drop against commercial, regional, and congress calendars.
- Maintain portfolio-level launch readiness tracking and escalate slips early.
Campaign Operations & Performance Management
- Own CT portfolio performance reporting; prepare portfolio reviews for the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team.
- Ensure alignment between portfolio marketing objectives, lead generation activity, and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Downstream Marketing Manager on attribution, funnel performance analysis, and campaign ROI measurement for CT.
Financial & Resource Management
- Coordinate the CT portfolio marketing budget process in partnership with Finance, the CMO, and segment Directors; consolidate segment budget inputs into one portfolio view.
- Tracks spend, maintain forecast accuracy, and provide regular budget and variance reporting across CT marketing activity.
- Manage ASTs, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and agency and contract administration for portfolio-level programs.
- Identify cost optimization and shared-investment opportunities across segments.
Events & Commercial Program Operations
- Coordinate CT portfolio presence at trade shows, congresses, and customer events in partnership with the AIS exhibits & events team and the Downstream Marketing Manager.
- Support planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics management; apply standard operating procedures for event planning and measurement.
- Report on event effectiveness and business impact at the portfolio level.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones.
Desired Characteristics
