What You'll Do
- Drive the monthly and quarterly close processes for multiple EMEA entities
- Manage daily accounting activities (Payroll, Cash accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Lease accounting, Intercompany, Accruals)
- Execute comprehensive Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with SOX policies
- Collaborate with external accounting service providers
- Design and execute scalable efficiency solutions and actively participate in projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on GL
- Familiarity with US GAAP, FRS 102 is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
- Detail-oriented yet able to reflect on and understand the big picture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multi-tasking skills, and flexibility to switch from one project to the next quickly
Nice to Have
- Recognized accounting qualification (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline and/or Concur is an advantage
- Experience working in a publicly traded, high-tech, high-growth company preferred

Compensation
- Total compensation: 30,000 - 45,000 EUR
- The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
