What you'll be doing- Engaging with business leaders across Europe
- Researching companies and identifying new sales opportunities
- Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn in German and English
- Booking meetings and generating qualified pipeline
- Working closely with international sales and marketing teams
- Learning how high-growth SaaS and FinTech businesses scale globally
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Completed university degree
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of curiosity, resilience, and coachability
- Interest in technology, SaaS, FinTech, and international business
- Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
