Job DescriptionJob Summary:**
The FP&A Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE) at GE Healthcare (China) Co., Ltd. will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. This position focuses on standardizing, optimizing, and implementing best practices across various financial operations to enhance efficiency and provide insightful financial guidance to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized actual reporting, support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across GE Healthcare China.
* Manage the consolidation and analysis of financial data, providing comprehensive reports and insightful commentary to senior leadership on performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and business case evaluations.
* Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the FP&A function, leveraging tools and technologies to streamline operations.
* Collaborate with various business units and functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial systems and reports, implementing robust data governance practices.
* Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Act as a subject matter expert for financial systems and tools, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the FP&A CoE, defining its roadmap and service offerings.
* Mentor and develop team members within the CoE, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with leadership or managerial experience, preferably within a multinational company.
* Proven experience in establishing and managing a Center of Excellence or shared services model for FP&A.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling techniques.
* Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, etc).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
* Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
