We are looking for a Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst to join a strategic regional transformation initiative across LATAM.
This position will play a critical role in the migration of finance operations and reporting processes to Oracle Global Finance Systems (GFS) across multiple Latin American countries. Acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Global Transformation teams, you will help ensure successful data migration, process alignment, issue resolution, and adoption of new finance technologies.
This is a unique opportunity to participate in a multi-country transformation program impacting Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and Finance Operations across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
What You'll Do- Support the regional migration from legacy Finance systems to Oracle GFS across LATAM.
- Act as a liaison between Finance teams, IT, and global Oracle transformation stakeholders.
- Partner with business users to understand requirements and help translate them into system and process solutions.
- Analyze financial data and assist with large-scale data cleanup and validation activities prior to migration.
- Participate in testing, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root cause analysis throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Support regional teams during process standardization and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance functions to ensure business continuity during the migration journey.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, and data quality across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience working in Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation environments.
- Exposure to ERP implementations, system migrations, process transformation projects, or finance technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills with the ability to participate in meetings and collaborate with global teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to investigate issues independently and drive solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with Oracle, Oracle Financials, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
- Previous participation in ERP migrations, finance transformation programs, or large-scale systems implementations.
- Experience handling large datasets and complex reconciliations.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or other data analytics tools.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
