Your Impact

As a Finance Leader supporting Cisco Capital APJC, you will play a critical role in driving regional business performance, growth, and financial outcomes. Supporting $1B+ in annual bookings and a sales organization of more than 30 sellers, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using financial expertise, modeling, and business insights to influence strategic decisions.

You will lead and develop a team of three finance professionals while partnering across Sales, Finance, Credit, Operations, and Compliance to structure commercial opportunities, optimize profitability, and support sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Do

You will direct and enable $1B+ in annual APJC bookings, serving as a strategic finance partner to the Cisco Capital Sales Leader and APJC VP of Finance.

You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of three finance professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

You will spearhead complex deal negotiations and cross-functional alignment across Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Cisco Capital Credit, Operations, and Compliance.

You will structure and execute tailored financing solutions that balance revenue growth, credit risk, profitability, and Cisco’s broader financial objectives.

You will monitor booking margins, discount structures, and profitability trends and provide actionable recommendations to support growth while maintaining strong financial performance.

You will leverage financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business planning to provide insights that support leadership decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

You will partner closely with Cisco Capital Sales Leadership, APJC Finance Leadership, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Cisco Capital Credit, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders across the region.

You are a strategic and commercially minded Finance leader who can connect financial insights with business outcomes. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex deals, leading teams, and making decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You bring strong financial judgment, analytical capability, communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex information into clear recommendations and compelling business stories.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations.
  • Experience with financial planning, reporting, and business performance management systems.
  • Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams in a complex business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Sales organizations within the technology or corporate sector.
  • Strong capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning.
  • Experience with complex commercial transactions, deal structuring, pricing, or profitability analysis.
  • Experience managing and developing finance teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, global, and highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex financial insights through clear and compelling business storytelling.
