INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS...

  • Internship will last 10 weeks. Ending on Friday, August 8, 2025
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
  • At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.
  • You will be in the office 4 days a week. You can work remote 1 day a week.


Spectrum Reach Finance Business Operations is responsible for mitigating company risk, ensuring the integrity of our data, delivering Advertising invoices, managing incoming receivables, and providing internal/external Client support. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Business Operations and support analyzing the effectiveness of the team through learning the business processes, reviewing key metrics, and contributing to an effort to elevate the Client experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with team members to understand the day to day operations
  • Support reviewing and maintaining team process documentation
  • Collect and report on key metrics
  • Perform team compliance and quality control audits
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on ways to elevate customer service levels
  • Support Finance Business Operations initiatives as assigned

  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize
  • Provide strong customer service to clients and sales teams across the footprint
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
