Support the reinsurance and financial lines portfolios through data management, contract assurance, compliance tracking, and administrative tasks. Perform AML screening and maintain documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•    Maintain accurate registration of Reinsurance and Financial Lines portfolios for new business, ensuring proper         data capture, documentation and audit readiness.
•    Ensure contract certainty for both new and renewal Reinsurance business including tracking and monitoring          documentation status where required.
•    Update and maintain premium listings for renewal reinsurance business to support operational processes.
•    Perform AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening for new and renewal Reinsurance and Financial Lines                     business, maintain records and assist in escalating exceptions for review.
•    Monitor Fire and Bond accumulations within the reinsurance portfolio to support Technical Underwriters in risk      assessment.   
•    Maintain and track Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours for the Technical & Underwriting            Services team to ensure compliance requirements are met.
•    Issue cover notes upon instruction and approval from Financial Lines Technical Underwriter. 
•    Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.

Qualifications 

  • Preferably A level or Diploma holder with recognised General Insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI). 
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Candidates without prior experience but with a strong interest in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, service-oriented and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required
