  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Monitor travel budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, and team-building activities.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
  • Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding of new staff and training on administrative procedures.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Webex, Teams).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute

Experience with travel booking platforms and expense management systems.
