Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative remote support to senior leadership, primarily the CIO and IT leadership team based in USA. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment across different time zones.Location:

Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage complex schedules across multiple time zones.
Organize meetings, handle rescheduling, and ensure timely communication.
Travel & Expense Support:
Arrange domestic and international travel.
Prepare and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
Documentation & Presentation Support:
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Operational Support:
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support leadership in organizing town halls and strategic meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a remote Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives based in USA.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in managing schedules across global time zones.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in IT or technology-driven organizations.
Familiarity with expense management systems and travel coordination.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities.
