As a trusted advisor, liaison, and key member of the Regional Sales Leadership Team, the Executive Assistant to the Senior Sales Vice President is responsible for managing business priorities, coordinating critical initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of executive commitments. The role requires exercising sound judgment, strategic foresight, and building strong relationships with leaders, customers, and external partners.
Success in this position requires exceptional operational discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to proactively identify risks and resolve issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, independently drives solutions, and consistently thinks several steps ahead to support business outcomes.
This critical role serves as a strategic business partner by building and maintaining relationships crucial to the success of the Leadership Team and organization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to Senior Vice President in Sales and the Sales Leadership Team, helping prioritize and execute business objectives.
Manage a highly complex executive calendar, travel schedule, meetings, communications, and leadership events with excellence and precision.
Anticipate business needs, proactively identify and resolve conflicts, and drive issues to closure with minimal executive involvement.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, leadership meetings, offsites, and large-scale business events.
Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization and act as a representative of the Executive Office.
Manage budgets, expenses, stewardship requirements, and administrative business processes with accuracy and accountability.
Leverage technology and Microsoft applications to increase efficiency, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Job Qualifications
Prior Executive Assistant Experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and operational discipline.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and influence outcomes.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across senior leaders and functions.
High level of integrity, discretion, judgment, and accountability.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and modern productivity technologies
