This role is central to our Sourcing operations, ensuring proficient cost management, consolidating processes, and driving change. In this role, you will deliver high-value results and help us build our capability through centralized functions within the the organization.
What you will do:
  • Creates in the online system (SSS) eSourcing events to cater for various projects (for different categories of goods & services across different geographies)
  • Secures eSourcing project phases (plan, create, monitor and analyze of each project) happen as per expected timelines and service levels
  • Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers from request creation to completion
  • Clarify for the suppliers the objectives of the sourcing project
  • Providing updates to the Sourcing Managers on the progress of the project
  • Escalates issues and concerns related to projects success to Sourcing Manager and/or other Management functions
  • Manages suppliers/stakeholders complains to mutual benefit;
  • Analyze eSourcing project outcomes and provide recommendations for supplier selection
  • At the closure of the project assists the Sourcing Manager in making the award decision (on demand)
  • Serve as the liaison to the Sourcing Manager as well as Suppliers
  • Work with Sourcing Manager to develop and refine negotiations' objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sourcing project objectives are met
  • Time & activity reporting as per internal regulations and directives.
  • Offers support to global Sourcing organization in the contracts-related tools & systems (DCM, SCLM until sunset)
  • Secures all digital stages of contract handling as to ensure that agreements end up into the systems in accordance with applicable work processes
  • Clarifies for the stakeholders the identified solution for their support request
  • Provides updates to the Team Coordinator and/or Line Manager regarding the status of assigned support request and/or project
  • Escalates issues and concerns related task completion to Team Coordinator and/or other Management functions
  • Works with Team Coordinator, stakeholders and other teams to develop and improve tools and processes

  • Sourcing Execution - Runs end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiation, award).
  • Contract Lifecycle Management - Manages contracts from creation to renewal/closure.
  • Sourcing Process and Strategy - Applies sourcing frameworks and category strategies.
  • Purchasing - Executes accurate, compliant purchase orders.
  • Sourcing Compliance - Ensures adherence to policies, controls, and legal requirements.
  • Ericsson Portfolio - Understands Ericsson portfolio to align sourcing decisions.
  • Supplier Management - Drives supplier performance, risk management, and development.

Requirements:
  • With 5-8 years of sourcing experience under telecommunications industry
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • eSourcing tools (document management and/or online procurement) previous knowledge is a plus
