We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Inventory Management (FIM) Head to lead and optimize our Last Mile of Supply operations across Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, and Brunei. This role is responsible for creating customer value and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient supply execution, inventory management, warehousing, customs clearance, and local logistics operations.
As the leader of the Field Inventory Management organization, you will drive operational excellence throughout the Last Mile of Supply process, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, cost-effectively, and on time. You will take a holistic end-to-end view of the supply chain, from suppliers to customers, contributing to an optimized Order-to-Cash process while balancing customer expectations, business objectives, and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
  • Lead Last Mile of Supply operations to meet customer and business expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with Ericsson Supply strategies and operational processes.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Manage teams, develop talent, and foster a culture of high performance.
  • Handle escalations, manage risks, and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize operations.

The Skills you Bring:
  • 5+ years in the telecommunications industry with Last Mile of Supply experience.
  • 3+ years managing teams (direct or virtual).
  • Experience with warehousing, local logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proven skills in process improvement, digitalization, or automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, financial, and delivery models.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson operations and Network Rollout processes.
  • Fluent in English; strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience managing virtual teams across geographies.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate industry and technology changes.
