About this opportunity:
The Junior People Business Partner supports managers and employees in MOAI Philippines, helping to deliver Ericsson's People Story and People Philosophies locally. The role focuses on core HR processes (performance, development, employee relations, basic workforce planning) with light support to recruitment and onboarding, in line with Philippine labor regulations.
What you will do
- Act as first-line HR contact for MOAI PH managers and employees, providing operational guidance on policies, processes, tools and local HR practices.
- Support performance management by promoting good IPM practices and guiding managers through straightforward performance issues, respecting local due-process requirements.
- Assist with low-complexity employee relations cases (attendance, conduct, grievances), ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Philippine labor law and Ericsson policies.
- Support basic workforce planning (headcount, joiners/leavers, movements), keeping HR data accurate in Ericsson systems.
- Monitor and share key people metrics for MOAI PH (VOICE, IPM completion, learning usage, diversity measures) and support simple follow-up actions.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by tracking progress against targets and advocating for unconscious-bias awareness and fair people decisions.
- Support pay and recognition processes by helping managers execute ASR, off-cycle adjustments, STV/SIP and use recognition tools, following global guidelines and local market practice.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with Talent Acquisition and local stakeholders to secure a smooth new-hire experience.
- Guide leaders in applying Ericsson values, purpose and People Philosophies across the employee lifecycle (eForms, terminations, relocations, contract changes).
- Encourage use of health, safety and well-being resources and support Target Zero initiatives within MOAI PH.

Experience and Knowledge
- Graduate of Psychology, HR, or any related courses
- 1-3 years HR experience (generalist, HR advisor or similar) in the Philippines; experience supporting CU/MA or frontline business (sales, delivery, supply) is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of core HR processes: performance, development, employee relations, workforce planning and rewards.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and practical experience applying them to ER and lifecycle cases.
- Experience with HR systems and data; comfortable learning and using Ericsson tools (e.g. SuccessFactors).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 1-3 years HR experience (generalist, HR advisor or similar) in the Philippines
- Experience supporting CU/MA or frontline business (sales, delivery, supply)
