Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1-3 years HR experience (generalist, HR advisor or similar) in the Philippines
  • Experience supporting CU/MA or frontline business (sales, delivery, supply)
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes: performance, development, employee relations, workforce planning, rewards
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and practical experience applying them to ER and lifecycle cases
  • Experience with HR systems and HR data; comfortable learning and using Ericsson tools (e.g., SuccessFactors)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving, prioritization and follow-through in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Customer- and business-focused, practical solutions-oriented HR approach
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, health, safety and well-being
