- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer
- Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, and SPM
- Expertise in ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting
