About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Transport Fixed Network Provisioning SME responsible for B2B Corporate Service provisioning, configuration, testing, and quality acceptance. Covers Linxwork-based service config,switch provisioning, remote diagnostics via SAM-BB, RFC 2544 testing,and fault resolution across GPON, ADSL, SHDSL, and L2 Switch services.
What you will do:
• Router and switch configuration for MPLS-VPN, VLAN, VRF and QoS (Cisco, Nokia, Huawei, Juniper)• Layer 2 and Layer 3 service configuration and validation• IP addressing, subnetting, IPv4/IPv6 configuration and routing table verification• Routing protocol configuration (BGP, OSPF and static routing; basic RIP)• Enterprise Internet, DIA, MPLS VPN, Leased Line and Ethernet service provisioning• GPON, ADSL, SHDSL and L2 Switch service provisioning• CPE provisioning, activation and remote configuration• Interface, port and bandwidth configuration, CRC/error diagnostics• High availability and redundancy configuration for critical circuits• End-to-end service and performance testing (Ping/trace, SAM-BB)• RFC 2544 performance testing and interpretation (VeEX 120 or equivalent)• Signal-quality analysis and optimisation (ADSL/SHDSL SNR, GPON/L2 fiber loss)• Service migration, reconfiguration and change implementation• Network troubleshooting across access, aggregation and core domains
The skills you bring:
• Linxwork-based service configuration execution and order lifecycle management• Configure Fail analysis, resolution and feedback to design/planning• Service provisioning, activation and configuration validation/audit• End-to-end service and acceptance testing, including CAT/UAT• SLA-driven provisioning within committed timelines and status tracking• Cross-functional coordination with Planning, Field Operations, NOC, CSTM and Customer Support• ACD-based field engineer support and remote CPE configuration assistance• Test result documentation, configuration record management and compliance verification• Service modification, upgrade, downgrade and decommissioning• Configuration backup, restoration and maintenance window execution• Incident analysis, root cause analysis for provisioning failures and corrective actions• Service readiness verification before customer handover• Clear communication of technical findings to internal stakeholders and customers
