About the Role
Enablon is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic growth across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
This role focuses on selling complex enterprise software solutions across EHS, Operational Risk Management (ORM), ESG, and Control of Work into large industrial and government organizations including oil & gas, utilities, chemicals, infrastructure, and giga-project environments.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise hunting, executive engagement, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth and strategic account expansion across Saudi Arabia
Develop and execute account strategies for large enterprise and government accounts
Build executive relationships across business, operations, HSE, risk, digital transformation, and IT stakeholders
Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving legal, procurement, security, and compliance requirements
Work closely with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem players to generate and progress opportunities
Identify operational and business challenges and position Enablon solutions accordingly
Build and maintain qualified pipeline aligned with regional growth targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, services, customer success, and partner teams
Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM discipline across opportunities
Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in enterprise software sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC
Strong network and experience within oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex enterprise deals
Experience managing long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with SI/partner-led sales models
Arabic and English fluency strongly preferred
Experience with EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, industrial software, or operational transformation solutions is highly preferred
