About monday.com
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About the Agents Ecosystem Group

The Agents Ecosystem Group builds the layer that brings external agents into monday.com as real team members — with tools, context, memory, and orchestration to execute work alongside humans. We follow the agents ecosystem closely: how agents are built, how users work with them, and what makes them actually useful. This is a fast-moving space and we work in a fully AI-first way.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of 5 engineers to build scalable and impactful solutions in a domain that is still being defined

  • Collaborate with product, UX, analytics and design to create good user experiences and unlock business opportunities — holding the full business and technical context, not just the feature spec

  • Drive innovation while ensuring robust, production-ready code; set clear standards on where the team can move fast and where quality gates apply

  • Mentor and guide team members, build a culture of learning and ownership, and push the team to work in a genuinely AI-first way

  • Define and execute the group’s technical and strategic vision in partnership with leadership

  • Work within a tech stack that includes Node.js, Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Redis, and MySQL, in a microservices and microfrontends environment. Our external agents layer connects agents built on OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Mistral, Cursor, ElevenLabs, and more — over MCP and provider-native SDKs.

  • Stay at the forefront of the evolving agents and AI ecosystem, bring new tools and approaches into the team, and lead by example in adopting them.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing engineering teams and leading projects hands-on from start to finish

  • Skilled in running team activities: feature development, automation, testing, bug management, and iteration planning

  • Proven ability to develop features end-to-end, across UI/UX, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch

  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development

  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, grow people, and hire fast

  • Strong technical and product skills with a track record of shipping high-impact products

  • Impact-driven: you measure what matters, ensure the team’s work moves the needle, and course-correct when it doesn’t

  • AI-first in practice: you work with Claude Code and agentic development workflows regularly, you’ve introduced these practices in a previous role, and you’ll actively raise the bar for the team

  • Curious about the agents space — how agents are built, how users adopt them, and what’s missing in the market

  • Strong communicator, team player, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience building B2D (Business to Developer) products is an advantage

Skills Required

  • Experience managing engineering teams and leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and ReactJS.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with Redis and MySQL.
  • Experience building and operating microservices and microfrontends.
  • Skilled in feature development, automation, testing, bug management, and agile iteration planning.
  • Ability to develop features end-to-end, collaborating with UI/UX, testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis.
  • Proven ability to scale teams, nurture talent, and manage high-pace hiring.
  • Strong technical and product skills; impact-driven and metrics-focused.
  • Comfortable maintaining a hands-on technical role while leading the team.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience building B2D (Business to Developers) products.
