The ideal candidate will be responsible for the structural design, optimization, and technical support of hybrid concrete-steel towers for wind turbine applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability of our tower solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design, analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue), and optimization of hybrid concrete towers in compliance with international standards (IEC, Eurocode, etc.).
- Develop and review manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control during precast concrete production, assembly, and transportation.
- Provide technical review for on-site installation, including tower lifting, segment joining, and alignment.
- Check material performance evaluations (concrete durability, prestressing systems, grouting materials).
- Check technical documentation (design reports, fabrication drawings, process specifications, test protocols).
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams (design, production, construction).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's & Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Wind Energy, or a related field
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hybrid tower design, concrete tower manufacturing, or wind turbine support structures
- Proven track record in precast/prestressed concrete structure projects (wind energy, bridges, or high-rise buildings preferred)
- Familiarity with the full lifecycle of wind hybrid towers (design, production, logistics, installation).
Technical Skills
- Finite Element Analysis: ANSYS, ABAQUS, RFEM, or SAP2000.
- CAD & Modeling: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar.
- Wind-specific tools: GH Bladed, Flex5 (advantageous)
- In-depth understanding of concrete design codes
- Fluent in English (work language)
