The Role

Beginning in January 2027, the AMP Challengers Program is adMarketplace’s highly selective, cohort-based early career development program for ambitious recent graduates looking to build a career at the intersection of advertising, technology, data, and business.

Over six months, you’ll complete three two-month rotations across Campaign Management, Advertiser Success, and Advertiser Sales, gaining end-to-end exposure to the advertiser lifecycle - from developing new business opportunities and growing advertiser relationships to executing and optimizing campaigns.

You’ll learn by doing, contributing to real accounts, campaigns, sales opportunities, and business priorities while receiving structured learning, coaching, and feedback alongside your Challenger cohort.

Your RotationsCampaign Management

Learn how advertiser goals translate into campaign strategy and performance.

  • Support campaign launches, pacing, testing, and optimization.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally to connect campaign performance to advertiser goals.

Advertiser Success

Learn how adMarketplace manages and grows advertiser relationships.

  • Support advertiser accounts through reporting, presentations, coordination, and day-to-day needs.

  • Analyze account and campaign performance to identify insights and growth opportunities.

  • Gain exposure to client meetings and how performance insights become strategic recommendations.

Advertiser Sales

Learn how adMarketplace identifies, develops, and wins new advertiser relationships.

  • Research prospective advertisers, industries, and new business opportunities.

  • Support prospecting, pipeline development, sales preparation, and pitches.

  • Gain exposure to consultative selling, from discovery and storytelling to objection handling and closing.

  • Develop alongside a cohort of fellow Challengers while exploring your strengths, interests, and potential career paths.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for people who are excited to learn, take ownership, and build broad experience before specializing.

  • Recent or upcoming Bachelor’s degree graduate with 0–2 years of professional experience.

  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, or leadership through internships, coursework, extracurriculars, part-time work, entrepreneurship, or other experiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to make decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A self-starter who asks thoughtful questions, seeks feedback, learns quickly, and embodies our 5Cs: Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness.

Where the Program Can Take You

Throughout the program, you’ll receive feedback and career coaching to help identify your strengths, interests, and potential career paths at adMarketplace. At the conclusion of the six months, Challengers will be considered for full-time opportunities based on performance, career interests, and available business needs.

Participation in the AMP Challengers Program does not guarantee placement into a permanent role at adMarketplace.

Recruitment Timeline

Our anticipated timeline for the 2027 AMP Challengers cohort:

  • Applications Close: October 2, 2026

  • Video Screening: Rolling throughout the application period

  • Recruiter Interviews: Early–Mid October

  • Panel Interviews: Mid October–Early November

  • Final Decisions & Offers: Late November

  • Program Start: January 2027

Selected applicants will be invited to complete a brief video screening, where they’ll record responses to a few questions before moving forward to a recruiter interview. Dates are approximate and subject to change.

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
