How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate the activities of the Direct Sales Department to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement sales plans that support Spectrum's objectives for optimal market penetration
- Guide Direct Sales Managers in creating effective customer and sales strategies
- Communicate overall sales strategy and requirements to field personnel while monitoring and evaluating results
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring Direct Sales staff
- Manage territory assignments for residential and MDU Relationship Executives
- Handle personnel matters including performance appraisals, coaching and safety training
- Provide input during budget preparation and contribute to broader marketing discussions
