The Role:
As the Director of GTM & Growth, you will architect the strategic execution of our global revenue-generating programs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the growth lifecycle across our core segments: Institutional Investors, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Enterprise Accounts.
You will evolve the growth function from manual campaign execution into a scalable, human-AI campaign ecosystem. You are a systems-builder who will design the automated workflows and "AI teammates" that drive predictable pipeline and global expansion. You will partner closely with Corporate Marketing for creative assets and Marketing Operations for the technical engine to ensure our market-facing teams are equipped to win.
What You'll Do:
  • Orchestrate Human-AI Ecosystems: Design integrated GTM systems that leverage AI to handle repetitive tactical execution, allowing the team to focus on strategic innovation and high-value creativity.
  • Build & Train "AI Teammates": Develop and implement AI-driven workflows that provide real-time insights, automate content personalization for our different segments, and handle continuous data analysis.
  • Global GTM Leadership: Lead the growth strategy across North America and EMEA, ensuring regional alignment and local execution excellence in partnership with our international leads.
  • Strategic Pattern Recognition: Move beyond backward-looking reporting. Use AI-augmented data to identify market shifts and performance patterns, enabling us to predict and adapt to market changes ahead of the competition.
  • ABM & Pipeline Architecture: Design "ABM Lite" programs and automated cross-functional workflows that connect Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management (RM) teams to accelerate deal velocity and retention.
  • Paid Channel Strategy: Direct the strategy and budget for global paid media, shifting from manual management to an "always-on" predictive model that optimizes for the highest-value segments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Marketing to generate high-performing assets and Marketing Operations to build the robust technical engine required for a modern GTM stack.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 8+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or GTM leadership within B2B FinTech or SaaS.
  • Systems Thinker: Proven ability to architect automated workflows and use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms) to scale marketing output without increasing manual overhead.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Deep experience with systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and HighSpot.
  • Highly Collaborative: Experience working effectively with Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales leads in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Data Sophistication: Ability to move beyond "what happened" analytics toward predictive, forward-looking strategic thinking.
  • Multi-Segment Expertise: Familiarity with the alternative investment landscape and the nuances of marketing to institutional and wealth personas.
