The role mentors project teams, communicates with executive stakeholders, manages multiple concurrent projects, and drives successful client adoption and value realization. Requires fintech vendor experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Lead Canoe Intelligence’s global corporate marketing strategy, brand identity, content ecosystem, media relations, social presence, and employee advocacy. Develop thought-leadership narratives, case studies, webinars, and co-branded content while partnering with sales, relationship management, partnerships, product marketing, and regional teams. Manage PR agencies and external creative talent, oversee brand consistency, optimize third-party profiles, and use AI tools to scale content, sentiment analysis, and brand monitoring.

Serve as a technical domain expert throughout the sales process for Canoe’s financial software. Support discovery, presentations, RFPs, proofs of concept, solution design, demos, data loading, and client workflow analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Finance, Legal, and implementation teams; maintain demo environments and documentation; advise on product capabilities, roadmaps, technical requirements, statements of work, and implementation approaches.

Design and deploy machine learning models for financial document processing, optimize large language models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior peers in a fast-paced environment.

Lead a data delivery engineering team as a contributing manager, balancing hands-on coding with people leadership. Own delivery pipelines, integrations, backlog prioritization, and communication with Product and stakeholders. Drive AI-assisted development adoption, ensure correctness of client-facing outputs, unblock engineers, and improve processes for reliable, timely data delivery across integrations and channels.

Drive new business within Wealth Management by prospecting single- and multi-family offices, building a sales pipeline, delivering presentations and demos, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams for onboarding, and providing forecasts while tracking industry trends.
