Manage and grow strategic relationships with enterprise clients, drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to deliver ROI, conduct business reviews, and increase net dollar retention.

Provides advanced client support for Canoe’s AI-driven investment data platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, handling escalations, conducting client training, supporting APIs and integrations, coordinating with Product and Data Operations, documenting knowledge-base resources, and leading support initiatives. The role also serves as a technical subject matter expert and liaison between clients and internal teams.

Leads the Quality and Reliability organization, building an SRE practice, defining SLOs and observability standards, owning incident management, and establishing risk-based automated testing and quality gates. The role reports executive-level reliability metrics, guides technical governance, and partners with architecture and engineering teams to improve software reliability, performance, testability, and operational readiness. It also develops distributed quality engineering teams and applies LLMs and agentic tools to testing workflows.
