Dann suchen wir Dich als Account Manager (w/m/d) – IT-Solutions & Partnerships bzw. Digital Sales Account Manager (w/m/d) OEM in Berlin.
OEM steht für „Original Equipment Manufacturer” und bedeutet bei HPE, dass unsere OEM-Partner Produkte in ihre Lösungen integrieren und als Bundle verkaufen.

Welche Aufgaben Du verantworten wirst:

Strategische OEM-Entwicklung

  • Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer OEM-Partner zur Integration von HPE-Technologien in deren Produkte, Systeme und Lösungen

  • Entwicklung gemeinsamer Go-to-Market-Strategien und Businesspläne zur Erschließung neuer, wachstumsstarker Marktsegmente

Deal Ownership & Pipeline Management

  • Aufbau, Qualifizierung und aktive Steuerung einer OEM-spezifischen Sales-Pipeline vom ersten Touchpoint bis zur ersten Bestellung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pre-Sales, Produktmanagement und Channel-Teams zur technischen und kommerziellen Integration des HPE-Portfolios

Technische & wirtschaftliche Positionierung

  • Beratung von OEM-Kunden hinsichtlich Architektur, Skalierbarkeit und Integration von HPE-Hardware, Software und Services

  • Durchführung von Business-Case-Berechnungen, ROI-Analysen und Pricing-Modellen für OEM-Kooperationen

Marktpräsenz & Partner-Ökosystem

  • Aktiver Ausbau eines belastbaren OEM-Netzwerks in definierten Industrien (z. B. Manufacturing, Telco, MedTech, Edge/IoT)

  • Repräsentation von HPE auf relevanten Fachmessen, Events und Workshops zur Identifikation neuer Partner und Projekte

Wie Dein Profil idealerweise aussehen könnte:

  • Egal ob Universitätsabschluss oder Ausbildung, wir nehmen auch Quereinsteiger*innen sowie IT Sales erfahrene Personen (IT-Sales Erfahrung)

  • Ein großes Interesse an IT Sales gepaart mit einer kommunikativen und offenen Art

  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit im hohen Maße sowie Proaktivität und den „Willen zum Lernen“

  • Erste Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in einem IT-nahen technischen Umfeld

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Ein Plus wären praktische Erfahrungen mit Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Systemen
