About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a primary focus on marketing analytics, in our Health division marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global digital marketing initiatives. This position is based in our Gurgaon, India office and offers a unique blend of responsibilities across digital marketing analytics, content management systems (CMS), and consultative marketing strategy.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the health division digital team’s analytics leader, leveraging tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Data Studio, PowerBI, and Fabric to analyze and visualize web performance and engagement data.
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that optimize organic and paid digital marketing efforts.
Measure and evaluate A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve engagement and performance metrics.
Contribute to website management efforts, including editing and maintaining web pages and related taxonomy using Sitecore CMS, ensuring they align with measurement needs.
Launch and monitor A/B tests within Sitecore to enhance user experiences and performance.
Act as a trusted digital marketing consultant for Asian and global marketing teams, providing strategic recommendations to elevate digital campaigns and user experiences
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, share best practices, and contribute to cross-team communication initiatives.

Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting (70%)
Analyze and visualize web performance and engagement data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Data Studio, PowerBI and Fabric.
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Measure efforts around A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve engagement and performance metrics.
Website Management (15%)
Ability to edit and maintain web pages using Sitecore CMS to apply edits, as needed, to align with measurement needs.
Launch and monitor A/B tests within Sitecore.
Consultative Strategy (15%)
Act as a digital marketing consultant for Asian and global marketing teams.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance digital campaigns and user experiences.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and share best practices across teams. Participate in communication initiatives that extend beyond direct responsibilities.
Be flexible, proactive, and a creative team player.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS/ BA) is a minimum.
Experience
5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and analytics.
Must-Have Skills
Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Data Studio.
CMS Experience: Hands-on experience with Sitecore or similar web content management systems.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide consultative support and strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of SEO, web performance metrics, and digital marketing trends.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft PowerBi and Fabric or similar tools.
Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization.
