The Channel Specialist - Thought Leadership supports the development and execution of thought leadership content program by producing, managing, and optimizing high-quality, compliant content assets. Reporting to the Channel Lead - Thought Leadership, this role ensures day-to-day editorial excellence, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of assets that reflect enterprise narrative and brand standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute the thought leadership content plan by developing and managing assets such as white papers, blogs, executive briefs, webinars, and video content
- Partner closely with creative teams, subject matter experts, and agencies to produce high-quality, brand-compliant content aligned to established narratives and POVs
- Manage day-to-day editorial operations including drafting, editing, version control, reviews, approvals, and accessibility checks
- Support implementation and scaling of AI-enabled workflows for content drafting, summarization, repurposing, and optimization within defined governance standards
- Coordinate webinar and video production logistics, including agendas, scripts, timelines, speaker coordination, and post-production assets
- Track and report on content performance metrics such as views, downloads, engagement, and basic lead influence, highlighting trends and execution insights
- Ensure all content meets brand, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements prior to publication
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Collaboration & Working Model
This role works in close partnership with the Channel Lead - Thought Leadership and collaborates with global creative, digital, social, direct marketing, analytics, legal, and compliance teams. The role operates primarily asynchronously, with structured overlap for reviews, clarifications, and delivery milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 7+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of experience in content development, thought leadership programs, or marketing communications
- Familiarity with content management systems, webinar platforms, and basic video production workflows
- Proven solid writing, editing, and content production skills with a high attention to detail and brand voice
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience using AI-based tools for content creation, summarization, or optimization
