Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, evaluate and recommend various Data & Analytics opportunities (internal as well as external)
- Constant engagement with Finance teams, Mondelez Digital Services teams, and other functional teams, with the objective of assessing various Finance processes and finding opportunities to bring in efficiencies / best practices / control / savings / productivity / simplification.
- Take on the Project Lead / Manager (and occasionally, Change Manager) role as needed for identified digitization projects in AMEA and ensure that these are delivered as per expectations, within timelines and costs specified.
- Help build digital Finance competencies within AMEA on current as well as upcoming relevant technologies. Be the Digital go-to person for Finance.
- Strengthen the engagement within the AMEA Digital Finance community with regular alignments with stakeholders, sharing timely updates on new programs / initiatives and relevant news on the digital front.
Job Specific Requirements
- With at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance and technology function in MNC with exposure towards analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Must have finance understanding together with strong IT / technology experience
- Sound understanding of the consumer goods industry and the inter-play within various functions
- Strong end-to-end business understanding of how each process impacts and interacts with the ERP
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Applied experience of Business Intelligence software (Power BI and Tableau), including experience in reviewing/improving UX/designs.
- Working knowledge with high level of comfort of SAP, HFM and its various modules - Order to Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Purchase to Pay, Reporting, Production etc

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business and/or related courses
