As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of an existing team comprising sixseven DevOps professionals. You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and the internal platform built on it, which serves over 1800+ client companies, with 2.5+ million registered users and 30,000 daily active users.
You will collaborate closely with all engineering squads including Development, Architecture, AI, and Data teams, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our SaaS product. Our objective is to treat our infrastructure as a product for our developers, managing its complexity so they don’t have to. We provide simple, ready-to-use tools that enable them to build, deploy, and run their services efficiently.. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and fostering innovation within our DevOps and Platform Engineering practices.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Make a tangible impact in a rapidly evolving company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a scalable infrastructure (accommodating more developers, more customers, and expansion into more countries) while optimizing resources (monitoring costs, reducing toil, and improving time to market) to support our growing activities.
- Engage in the continuous enhancement of our practices and undertake challenging and comprehensive projects. If you are interested in topics like SRE practices and platform engineering, you will play a key role in our transformation.
- Establish your own niche within a highly-skilled team that is eager to learn, share knowledge, and progress together.
Within 1 month, you will
- Discover 360Learning, its platform, its teams and its culture.
- Become familiar with our R&D way of working.
- Understand the team’s processes.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
- Automate the deployment of applications, configurations and infrastructure to achieve a high level of flexibility and confidence in production setups and deployment processes.

- Ensure the security and compliance of our systems and data.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
- Manage incidents and post-mortem.
- Work closely with developers to facilitate their daily tasks, help them conform to best practices and ensure environments meet requirements (e.g.: simplify and automate the deployment process, provide metrics and monitoring to the engineering squads).
- Build and improve our internal platform: easy-to-deploy tools and templates that move infrastructure work off the squads' plate ("shift down"), so developers can ship without being infrastructure experts.
- Improve monitoring and load testing to secure and enhance the performance of our infrastructure
Within 12 months, you will:
- Actively participate in DevOps decisions for all critical projects related to our platform’s performance and reliability.
- Evangelize and train our R&D team on Devops culture by defining all best practices and building them into the platform by default.
