The NN Data & AI team handles vast and exponentially growing volumes of data. To ensure our data platforms and pipelines are scalable, reliable, and efficient, we are now hiring a DevOps Engineer in Prague.
Your impact at NN
This role is essential for ensuring reliable deployment workflows, effective system monitoring, and automation across our data infrastructure. You will contribute to the design and maintenance of CI/CD processes supporting AI-based applications, built on NN’s Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.
The tasks you will perform
Ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability of applications deployed on Azure.
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to define, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure in a consistent and repeatable way.
Automate and optimize workflows and pipelines for code development, testing, and deployment.
Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools for various types of testing.
Use scripting languages and automation tools to improve DevOps processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to other teams.
What we expect from you
Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for managing deployments and infrastructure automation.
Proficiency in fully automated deployment of Azure services and maintaining them, especially in the context of AI-based solutions.
Skilled in Python and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash for automation and tooling.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly using Terraform to define and manage cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Advanced English proficiency required for working in an international environment.

What is hiring process with us like
Once we review your application and English CV, Veronika (Talent Acquisition Partner) will give you a short introductory call to discuss your previous experience and the open position.
If the initial conversation goes well, you’ll be invited to two interview rounds. The first round will ideally take place in person at our Prague office (or online) with Radek (Hiring Manager) and Veronika. In the second round, you’ll meet several members of the team you may soon be joining.
