Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle database components for the Sapiens TIA insurance platform. Write and tune PL/SQL, design data models, support data migrations, perform impact analyses, monitor data quality, collaborate with product owners and DevOps for CI/CD, and support test and production activities related to policies, claims, and billing processes.

Design, maintain, and execute automated Playwright tests for SAP applications and connected services. Create test scenarios from requirements, perform functional/integration/regression/end-to-end testing, analyze defects and root causes, improve automation coverage and practices, and support monitoring and incident management to keep services stable and reliable.

Drive talent management, workforce planning, development, change management and organizational design. Advise on succession, retention and operating models, and use HR insights to support decision-making during transformation.
