Notion is the AI workspace where teams and AI agents get more done together.
The Role
About Us:

Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.

In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.

About The Role:

We're hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts in South Korea. Based in our Seoul office, you will serve as a strategic partner to our local sales and SDR teams and execute targeted campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline across key segments.

This role requires someone who can think strategically and execute effectively—running integrated campaigns, field events, and digital programs that resonate with Korean buyers. You’ll also collaborate closely with our global marketing team to localize and scale high-performing programs.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves cross-functional collaboration, and is deeply familiar with both field and digital marketing in the Korean B2B SaaS landscape.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Develop and lead the South Korea demand generation marketing strategy in close collaboration with the local sales team.

  • Plan and execute in-market campaigns including Notion-hosted events, third-party sponsorships, webinars, partner marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to develop effective campaigns that generate inbound pipeline and ensure prompt lead follow-up, high conversion rates, and smooth pipeline progression.

  • Partner with the sales team to create effective outbound campaigns that support the entire funnel from awareness to opportunity.

  • Adapt and implement global demand generation campaigns and email nurture programs to resonate effectively with Korean audiences.

  • Analyze target account and buyer persona data to identify new campaign opportunities and create personalized outreach strategies.

  • Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign results, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI and pipeline growth.

  • Support broader marketing initiatives to strengthen Notion's brand and business presence in Korea, as part of our agile local marketing team.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Proven success in achieving ambitious growth goals through 3rd party events, hosted events, webinars, email marketing, ABM, and other end-to-end campaign tactics—including strategy development, execution, and performance measurement.

  • Data-driven and digital-first mindset with a deep understanding of how to generate high-quality leads and accelerate opportunities in partnership with sales.

  • Deeply customer-centric and insights-driven. You understand the buyer journey and decision-making unit, and use those insights to tailor campaigns that resonate with each key stakeholder.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You’ve worked closely with sales, SDRs, operations, content, and data teams to align goals and drive results.

  • Business-level fluency in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly with global teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Haves:
  • Be a Notion power user and are already an advocate for the tool.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools such as Marketo, Outreach, and Salesforce. Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing campaign performance, and monitoring lead funnel progression.

  • Overall experience in marketing, preferably in global B2B SaaS or tech company.

  • Experience working in cross-functional global and regional teams.

  • A builder’s mindset—you’re proactive, resourceful, and driven by impact, always looking for ways to scale what works.
