Capture and create deals accurately and quickly in the operations system, ensuring required documentation, prioritising urgent deals, correcting errors, liaising with Sales Fulfilment, and supporting administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy.

Double-check all captured deals to identify and correct any errors before submission.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant bank criteria and documentation requirements.
Prioritise urgent deals, especially those linked to 72-hour clauses.
Proactively follow up on missing information and documentation to ensure deals are processed as efficiently as possible.
Liaise continuously with the Sales Fulfilment team regarding queries, missing documents, or deal-related updates.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when working with client and deal information.
Support the broader administration team where required.
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
A diploma or certificate in administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
Newly matriculated or recently graduated candidates are welcome to apply.
1–2 years of relevant administration or data capturing experience would be beneficial, but the client is open to junior candidates with strong potential.
Computer literacy is essential.
Experience working on CAM would be advantageous.
Experience in the mortgage origination industry would be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail.
Good administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure.
EE candidates will be preferred.
