Manage planning, administration and delivery of team tours from confirmation to completion: costings, proposals, supplier coordination, bookings, itineraries, documentation, financial reconciliation, and client communication to ensure accurate, timely and compliant tour delivery.

Capture and create deals accurately and quickly in the operations system, ensuring required documentation, prioritising urgent deals, correcting errors, liaising with Sales Fulfilment, and supporting administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy.

Supervise QC teams and daily quality activities on the production floor, perform plant walkthroughs, audits, environmental and product monitoring, investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, support quality improvements, assist with trials and electronic quality systems, and enforce hygiene, PPE and safety standards.

Sell and grow corporate sports travel business by prospecting clients, preparing proposals and presentations, researching travel components, liaising with suppliers, maintaining CRM and forecasting, attending events, and reporting on sales performance.

Design, quote, book and manage tailor-made FIT journeys to Southern Africa using Tourplan. Coordinate suppliers, accommodation, transport, guides and private charters, manage payments and client issues, monitor profitability and tour delivery, and collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams.

Supervise fresh product manufacturing (mince, skinpack, MAP, value-added lines), monitor trim, grinding, mixing, packing and labelling. Drive daily output, quality, hygiene and downtime targets; enforce procedures, PPE and safety. Manage staff attendance, discipline, performance and training. Identify deviations, resolve issues, support continuous improvement and maintain SHEQ and occupational health compliance. Communicate shift performance and escalate risks to management.

Ensure site products meet quality, food safety, legal and customer requirements. Maintain FSMS, perform sampling and micro/allergen trending, run internal audits, manage document control, investigate complaints/non-conformances, support audits, deliver training, and work with operations to implement corrective actions.

Lead and manage daily contact centre operations across FIT, offline/backline, post-cruise, Tier 2, QA and workforce functions. Own service levels, staffing, training, SOP/ISO compliance, escalations, service recovery, performance reporting, continuous improvement, and interdepartmental communication to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a luxury safari lodge, overseeing guest experience, cross-department coordination, staff supervision, training, basic financial tracking, maintenance follow-up, compliance, and sustainability initiatives in a remote live-in environment.

Lead and manage daily spa operations in a luxury, remote lodge setting, delivering personalised 5-star treatments, training therapists, managing bookings, revenue, stock and budgets, and supporting broader guest experience and cross-department activities when required.
