The Role
Data Analyst – Commercial Insights & Sales Operations 

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands 
Hybrid (2 days/week in office) 
 
Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our commercial team and help drive strategic decisions through deep analysis and collaboration. 

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Analyse external market trends using tools like ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI. 

  • Dive into internal sales data—both high-level and granular—to identify patterns and performance drivers. 

  • Translate market data into actionable insights and provide commercial recommendations to Account Management, Partner Management, and Marketing teams. 

  • Create and present reports regularly and on-demand (e.g., for sales meetings). 

  • Support operational tasks in Salesforce and ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

About You 

  • You hold a Bachelor degree or higher (Dutch HBO degree or higher). 

  • You have approx. 4 years of working experience; ideally in a business analyst-related role. 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM systems). 

  • Advanced Excel skills. 

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau. 

  • Familiarity with data mining tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Seamless.AI. 

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. 

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate insights clearly. 

  • Proactive and socially comfortable in cross-functional settings. 

  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus. 

 
The team 

You will be part of a team of 15-person commercial team working closely together with the Sales Operations Analyst and the Associate Director of the Partner Sales Channel. Twice a week, you work together at our office in Alphen aan den Rijn. Next to that, you cooperate regularly with our marketing team.
