Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $123,000.00 - $205,100.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Manager, Cyber Fusion Team builds and leads a specialized Security Operations capability that converts threats, investigations, and intelligence into tangible operational outcomes. This role reports to the Director, Cybersecurity Operations and operates as an enablement function within Security Operations. The Cyber Fusion Team does not replace CSOC monitoring, incident command, or remediation ownership. Instead, it strengthens Security Operations by improving detection quality, readiness, and threat-to-control conversion. The role is both a people manager and hands- on program leader, particularly during initial build-out and during high-impact investigations or incidents.

You will
- Plan and execute the related workstreams for the information security strategy translating strategic priorities into
- operational roadmaps, project plans, measurable outcomes and standard work.
- Manage Security Programs and Governance ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and internal compliance

- Deliver Security Engineering & Operational Outcomes through designing, implementing and lifecycle management

- Lead Teams and develop talent building, coaching and developing a high performing security team
- Provide threat analysis, hunting and operationalization identifying attacker behaviors, leading hunts and ensuring

You have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security or related field required
- 2+ years' experience in security operations, threat hunting, detection engineering, incidence response support,
- threat intelligence or vulnerability management required
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity including processes and technology solutions that address gaps and issues
- Experienced in project and program management for technology and/or security related projects
- Management experience in leading and implementing security projects and process improvement
- Strong communications and presentation skills required, with the ability to present complex information to technical
- and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into structured, repeatable outcomes.
- Proven coordination skills under pressure with strong written documentation capabilities
