KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds. KKR’s insurance subsidiaries offer retirement, life and reinsurance products under the management of Global Atlantic Financial Group. References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.

TEAM OVERVIEW

The Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. Today, KCS consists of over 200 executives located in 13 offices across four continents. The KCS platform is primarily organized around two focus areas: Sales/Relationship Management and Product/Strategy Management. KCS seeks to “connect the dots” across all businesses at KKR, from our Real Estate investing teams to Private Equity, Infrastructure, Credit, Capital Markets and KKR Solutions, to deliver all of KKR’s intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group’s long-term objective is to further diversify KKR’s client base, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the firm’s expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors.

POSITION OVERVIEW

KKR’s Customized Portfolio Solutions (“CPS”) team is seeking an Analyst/Associate to support the senior CPS Product Strategy professionals within the KKR Solutions platform in KCS.

CPS delivers bespoke, alpha-focused private equity engagement for KKR’s most strategic institutional and family office clients, with a solutions-oriented relationship centered on portfolio construction and asset allocation rather than individual products. The Analyst/Associate will support CPS capital formation across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries, working closely with senior CPS leadership and investment teams.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Qualified candidates will have 1-4 years of experience at an investment bank, asset management firm, private markets investor, or placement agent, with prior client-facing experience or a desire to engage externally. Experience in private markets products and an understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction across private markets is preferred. Exposure to model portfolios, primaries, co-investments, or secondaries is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The CPS Product Analyst/Associate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting senior CPS professionals and global sales teams with information on CPS offerings and bespoke private equity solutions
  • Creating bottoms-up multi-asset and private markets content, including client presentations, portfolio construction analyses, model portfolio materials, and thought leadership
  • Assisting with new mandates and solutions launches across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries, in coordination with investment, sales, legal, and operations teams
  • Managing client-specific follow-up requests and projects, maintaining investor communication, and tracking the prospect pipeline
  • Researching the competitive landscape, investor demand, and market and asset allocation trends
  • Building internal relationships and helping prioritize sales and investment team needs
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Working knowledge of private markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction, with a desire to deepen expertise
  • Highest-level expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (both technical and aesthetic) for content creation for broad distribution across KKR channels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically across quantitative and qualitative aspects
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the maturity and judgment to engage cross-divisional teams, including senior management
  • Intellectual curiosity, ownership, and accountability, with a collaborative, relationship-oriented attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
