branch network. We are recruiting a Credit Administrator to take ownership of
loan administration and portfolio control within our Credit function.
You are the control point between credit approval and money

accurately, monitoring portfolio quality daily, and producing the reporting
Management, the Credit Committee and the regulator rely on. The role carries
the authority to stop a transaction where documentation or approval conditions
are not satisfied.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
▪ Validate approved facilities against final documentation and run
the pre-disbursement checklist on every loan.
▪ Book loans accurately in the core banking system — terms, rate,
tenor, fees and repayment schedule.
▪ Monitor the portfolio daily: PAR 1+, PAR 30+, PAR 90+, NPL,
recoveries, write-offs and maturities.
▪ Produce daily, weekly and monthly credit reporting to a fixed
schedule.
▪ Maintain audit-ready credit files and the credit exception,
restructuring and Credit Committee registers.
▪ Supply Branches and the Recovery team with accurate overdue
schedules and account balances.
▪ Escalate discrepancies, control breaches and portfolio
deterioration to the Head of Credit.
