Our Opportunity
Chewy is looking for a Creative Strategist to join our Creative Team. In this role, you'll play a hands-on role in developing creative ideas, campaigns, and content strategies under direction of senior strategists or the creative lead. This is a foundational role: you'll help bring creative strategy to life, grow your skill set, and contribute directly to impactful campaigns for the brand.
This role is expected to work in-person three days a week in Plantation, FL and/or Boston, MA.
What You'll Do
- Research market trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform ideation and strategy.
- Help build creative briefs and contribute to strategic documentation guiding creative execution.
- Support strategy execution: work closely with designers, writers, and studio to ensure creative output aligns with briefs and brand voice.
- Assist with set up and selection of creative concepts, script reviews and creative designs to share with stakeholders.
- Help monitor performance data and feedback post-launch to gather learnings; feeding insights into future creative iterations.
- Manage creative leadership reviews schedule to ensure feedback is collected on time and implemented as envisioned.
- Stay current on media trends, social formats, and other relevant creative/marketing developments; bring fresh ideas and suggestions.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, creative production, copywriting or similar roles (agency or in-house).
- Strong creative sensibility - you think conceptually; you enjoy ideation and generating ideas.
- Good writing and communication skills: able to contribute to briefs, copy, proposals, and collaborate with creative teams.
- Eagerness to learn - you thrive in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, and adaptable.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, content production workflows, or media platforms.
The base salary range for this role is $86,500 - $152,500.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
