Ready to shape digital video content that brings LEGO® play to young audiences around the world? In this Creative Manager, Digital role, you will guide recurring video productions from early concept through final delivery across themes, formats and creative partners. Your work will combine audience understanding, creative craft and practical production choices to create playful content that feels clear, engaging and true to the brand!  

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. Relocation support is not offered for this position. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Own the creative direction and content roadmap for a recurring set of digital video productions, including identifying the right solutions for given projects, determining the right approach in terms of creativity, circumstances, and budgets. 

  • Drive creative development across both in-house productions and vendor-led productions, ensuring consistent creative quality and intent across all deliveries. 

  • Work in close collaboration/partnership with a digital producer, who owns project management, approvals, timelines, and budgets. 

  • Lead the creative planning and execution of shoots, including concepting, creative briefs, and on-set creative direction. 

  • Develop and produce high-quality digital content that captivates and engages our younger audience. 

  • Integrate existing materials with fresh ideas to create innovative content. 

  • Confidently manage both proprietary themes and intellectual property themes, presenting ideas to partners. 

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to create strong creative variation within defined frameworks and recurring formats.

Our digital creatives and producers within Our LEGO Agency® build playful content across themes, formats and channels. The team develops repeatable video productions where creativity, craft and clear delivery all matter, so every brick of the story supports meaningful play.  

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Solid experience developing ideas for film and bringing them to life. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire filmmaking process, including hands-on experience in shooting and editing. 

  • Navigate a complex organizational ecosystem across marketing teams, producers, and partners—to work collaboratively and move in the same direction. 

  • Broad knowledge of digital communication with an ability to comprehend target audiences and personas, producing resonant and impactful content for younger audiences. 

  • Proven ability to work creatively and systematically within a team setting across a large organization 

  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to lead projects involving vendors and partners. 

  • Comfortable working in a deeply technical environment.
