How you’ll make an impact
You own the experience strategy for a complex domain, driving radical prototyping to find breakthrough innovations, focusing on the transformation of the manager and shift-worker experience. You are responsible for ensuring that inclusion and continuity are at the heart of every design solution. By utilizing scalable frameworks and AI automation, you elevate the craft of your peers and ensure the product remains a strategic competitive advantage for Planday.
What you’ll do
XD Strategy: Identifies Future-State Visions. You define long-term human-first evidence-based experience strategies that transform the core user experience and link design quality directly to business levers.
Radical Prototyping & Insights: Shapes Long-Term Decisions. You lead the creation of complex prototypes to test high-level hypotheses and de-risk major roadmap initiatives.
XD Craftsmanship: Architect of Seamless Journeys. You master end-to-end journeys across multiple touchpoints, ensuring absolute continuity and industry-leading accessibility.
XD Ops, AI & Automation: Builds Organizational Muscle. You implement scalable frameworks and automation tools that empower teams to deploy high-fidelity assets at high velocity.
Collaboration & Partnerships: Influences Leadership. You foster deep collaboration within other teams acting as the primary advocate for user evidence in high-level priority syncs.
Impactful Leadership: Narrates the Strategy. You lead team growth by evangelizing a design-led mindset and demonstrating how radical prototyping leads to breakthrough innovations.
