We are seeking a seasoned Coveo Solution Architect to design, implement, optimize and deliver end‑to‑end Coveo solutions focusing on AI‑powered search, personalization, automation, self‑service, integration and many more. This role combines technical expertise, product thinking, and strong analytical capabilities to build scalable, data‑driven solutions to transform digital support and customer experience.

What you will do:
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and build Coveo‑powered, language‑based AI solutions including data models, evaluation strategies, and user experience components.
  • Develop and optimize Coveo integrations with Salesforce, Coveo reporting dashboards and pipelines.
  • Apply SEO, ML, and data‑modeling concepts to improve search relevance and customer experience.
  • Build solutions using Coveo Quantic/Atomic/Headless frameworks including familiarity with Python and JavaScript.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project activities - requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live.
  • Support digital transformation by aligning business, operations, and technology.
  • Evaluate tech landscapes and architect scalable solutions for business needs.
  • Drive initiatives in self‑service, personalization, automation, and omnichannel experience.
  • Identify and execute process improvements and re‑engineering opportunities.
  • Promote adoption of deployed platforms and tools.
  • Maintain strong understanding of ML concepts, model lifecycle, and best practices.

What you will need to bring:

Required Experience/Background:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years as a Solution Analyst or in a similar technical/analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of large enterprise systems, CRMs, ticketing/bug‑tracking tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Preferred: Coveo for Salesforce certification (Administrator, Analyst, or Developer).
  • Expertise in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Experience with reporting tools, databases, and related programming skills.
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methodologies.

  • Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to work across teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic, solution‑oriented environment.
  • Self‑motivated, innovative, and confident working independently while also being a strong team contributor.
  • Capable of troubleshooting application‑related issues using sound judgment, independent decision‑making, and unique technical approaches.
