As our Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that fuel our revenue growth. You'll work cross-functionally, partner with innovative teams, and dive into cutting-edge tools and technologies to optimize performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Impact: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales productivity and increase revenue.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable results.
  • Deliver Insights: Design and analyze key performance metrics across multiple teams, geographies, and segments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize Tools: Build, maintain, and evolve Salesforce reports and dashboards to empower individual contributors and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales Enablement, Business Systems, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align priorities and ensure successful execution of strategic projects.
  • Enhance Technology: Oversee and evolve our tech stack, including tools like Gong, Outreach, and more, to keep our systems cutting-edge.
  • Champion Leadership: Serve as a key player in the Sales Operations team, leading by example and mentoring others.


About You:

  • Experience & Expertise: 2+ years in sales or revenue operations with advanced Salesforce skills (process and dashboard design).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You're analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Curiosity & Drive: A proactive approach, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional communication skills and a team-player mindset to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Organized & Impactful: Meticulous organization and task-driven with a knack for managing multiple priorities seamlessly.


What Sets You Apart (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales or revenue operations.
  • Knowledge of revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Highspot, and other integrations.
  • Salesforce certification to showcase your expertise.
