Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S knowledge
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar is advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Engineering, Operations or related qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable results
