Position Overview
As the Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing regional digital marketing plans and developing high-impact content that supports campaigns and online initiatives, driving Omnicell brand awareness and consideration across international markets. A smaller portion of the role will be dedicated to supporting internal communications activities.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing – International, you will collaborate closely with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and key stakeholders across the organization, including Corporate Communications, Marketing Operations, and Internal Communications teams in the US.
The role will own the development, management, and distribution of campaign and digital assets, ensuring consistency with Omnicell's brand standards and messaging. Acting as a brand champion, you will provide guidance and support to international marketing teams, facilitate the sharing of content and best practices across regions, and help maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. In addition, you will coordinate internal communications efforts to keep international colleagues informed of key company updates and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign & Digital Content (90%)
Develop and deliver content for integrated marketing campaigns across international markets, translating complex healthcare and technology topics into clear, engaging, audience-focused narratives that support awareness, consideration, engagement, website traffic, or lead generation objectives.
Own the end-to-end content production process for marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, website content, digital advertisements, social media posts, nurture programs, and other campaign assets.
Manage content reviews and approval workflows with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with campaign goals.
Drive a unified narrative across marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns, product launches, events, customer stories, thought leadership, and other activities contribute to a cohesive customer journey.
Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency in storytelling, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels, campaigns, and markets.
Whenever relevant, develop scalable content frameworks and assets that can be reused, repurposed, localised, and adapted across regions to maximise efficiency, reach, and impact.
Monitor content performance and apply insights and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness and campaign results.
Integrate content in the relevant platforms like Pardot or Optimizely (Content Management System)
Internal Communications (10%)
Partnering with US Internal Communications teams to establish close communication with the internal staff and update the International team for Omnicell achievements, milestones and information via the relevant channels (Teams channels, OmniHub, Town Halls…).
Establish close communication with all relevant counterparts in headquarters in the US, to share knowledge and best practice
Track and report where relevant on KPIs against the marketing plan and initiatives.
To develop your professional competence through engaging in on-going training and development, as well as keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant marketing trends that would share with the team
To communicate with the Snr Manager, Online & Digital Marketing – International on all aspects of your role in line with agreed administration protocols.
Undertake any other marketing tasks required that support achievement of personal, departmental and company objectives.
Other Duties
Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedures.
Carry out any other duties commensurate to the post as required by your Line Manager or Senior Manager.
Variations to the role profile may be required from time to time and when this arises there will be a discussion with the post holder.
