About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join HCF’s Brand, Content & Partnerships team.

Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering HCF’s content strategy across owned and partner channels. You’ll lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content that builds brand awareness, supports business objectives and delivers meaningful experiences for our members.

From editorial and digital content to social media, video and integrated campaigns, you’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure our content is consistent, impactful and aligned to HCF’s brand and purpose.

About you

You’re an experienced content marketing professional who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to deliver.

You’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications and 7+ years’ experience in content marketing, editorial production, communications or a related discipline
  • Strong experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels, including social media, video, article production
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with experience producing content for different audiences and platforms
  • Experience managing complex content programs, campaigns and projects from concept through to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders, agencies and external partners
  • Experience using data, insights and performance metrics to optimise content and improve outcomes
  • Strong organisational and project management  skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a complex or regulated environment
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members

Experience within health insurance or financial services will be highly regarded
