Design complex web and mobile products using research, usability, accessibility, and user-centred practices. Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to improve digital insurance experiences, influence decisions, and establish consistent Agile ways of working.

Owns the functional administration, configuration, security, governance, optimization, and roadmap for Workday HCM. Leads complex enhancements from discovery through deployment, manages access controls and compliance, evaluates releases, prepares governance recommendations, and partners with HR, Payroll, Cyber Security, Technology, vendors, and senior stakeholders. The role also supports documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and continuous improvement of people systems.

Own digital product workstreams across payments, billing, claims, and self-service experiences. Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, lead discovery, partner with technology and business teams, define KPIs, and use analytics, research, and experimentation to improve customer journeys. The role requires balancing member needs with regulatory, security, fraud, and operational requirements while delivering continuous product improvements.

Design, develop, test, release, and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrate native modules, implement secure authentication and data handling, support accessibility, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and manage app-store releases. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams while using feature flags, telemetry, automated testing, and performance tuning to deliver reliable customer-focused mobile experiences.

Provides analytical and data support for private health insurance, translating stakeholder needs into insights, reporting, data products, and decision support. Analyzes membership, claims, revenue, benefits, and KPI data; maintains data quality; supports budgets and forecasts; automates processes; contributes to analytics initiatives; and communicates findings to technical and business stakeholders. The role also promotes data literacy, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, privacy, consumer and regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review customer-facing materials, manage legal risk and external providers, support governance and compliance, deliver legal training, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across the HCF Group.
