  • Align and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Revenue and Operations.
  • Establish governance, processes and ways of working that drive accountability.

  • Champion a connected customer journey across all touchpoints.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience leading content, brand or marketing strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience driving alignment and accountability across multiple teams.

  • Experience establishing processes, governance and scalable ways of working.
  • Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or destination marketing will be highly regarded.
