What You'll Do
- Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Regulatory suite
- Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
- Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but may need
- Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
- Drive change management methodology for our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions
Requirements
- Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software solutions, ideally content management software or experience in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Regulatory Affairs Management and an affinity for technology
- Experience in working in a Consulting or Customer facing role, managing customer expectations, difficult conversations, running presentations or demos, and guiding and leading your customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar fields
- This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in Europe. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position
